		<description>Thanks everyone for the positive support.  Despite the frigid temps, I&#039;ve managed to ride every day.  Not far --- mind you -- but still getting out there and riding.

And one other note ... No, riding the trainer does not count towards the mileage.  For me, that is not inline with the very important parallel goal of making most of the miles.</description>
