Putting the “Family” in Family Business

As many of you know (and appreciate), Renaissance Bicycles is small family-owned business. And being as such, there are really just two ways for us to “grow” our business workforce … we either hire friendly employees or create them ourselves … we have been working on the latter for the past 9 months.

So … we are pleased to announce the latest member of our family, Grayson
Marshall Luce
. We haven’t decided on his exact role in the Shop, but Chief Siren might be a good start.  More importantly, he’s healthy, happy, and already furiously kicking his little legs.  No word yet regarding an on-road or off-road preference … although based on his contemplative expression, he is refining his opinion on the great threaded versus threadless headset debate.

As mentioned above, Renaissance Bicycles is a family-owned business … and the word family comes before business as it should. Therefore, we will be working on a minimal schedule until (at least) the 21st of March. Feel free to email or call, but please respect that our primary focus is spending quality time with our new family, caring friends, and thoughtful neighbors.

Thanks again to all of the friends, customers, and well-wishers for their love and support.

– Bryan, Kyndra, Grayson, and Carina
