Thankfully, the customer testimonial of old has morphed into a more helpful form online — the customer review. And while we repeatedly emphasize our commitment to our customers, it just rings a little more true when those words actually come from them.

In that vein, we’ve created a Customer Review section of the website. Here customers can leave their comments and reviews of their experience with Renaissance Bicycles. We find this form of feedback helpful to further evolve and upgrade our services … and we hope you will find the reviews valuable as well. While there can be satisfaction found in “hunting” the best deal on the Internet … usually the hours spent squinting at the computer screen aren’t worth the extra $2.36 you save. And sooner or later you’re going to get burned by “Bob’s Discount R.V. & Bicycle Webstore” who have no firsthand knowledge of … well anything.

To put it another way, your time is much too valuable to waste. Your patience is too precious to squander. You should be riding your bike, not your desk chair. The bike will give you much more health and happiness (and dare we say Love) than a keyboard ever will.

Basically, we feel that simplest and most effective way to order bicycle parts is to simply contact the experts. After all, this is the principle of the local bike shop. However, we realize that a lot of our customers are looking for items outside the radar of an average bike shop.
