At Renaissance Bicycles, we want to make each transaction simple.  Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary for a customer to cancel an order or return an item.  In an effort to make this transaction as smooth as possible, here are the basic policies:

Canceling a Purchase

Unfortunate circumstances can and do happen, so occasionally a purchase needs to be canceled by the buyer.  If this applies to you, please call us immediately at (888) 829-8340.  In most cases, we will sympathize with your situation and refund your money.  However, for items above $100, there is a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that if you contact us after completing your purchase with a statement to the effect of, “I saw www.CheapBikeDiscountUndersellers.com has the same thing for $X less”, then we will not cancel your order, but instead charge you an extra 10% Cheap Skate Tax.  Furthermore, we will not answer your phone calls, return your emails, allow you to return your item or provide any type of customer support.  After all, these terms must be acceptable to you if you are willing to buy from www.CheapBikeDiscountUndersellers.com or the like.

Returning an Item

Unless there is an exceptional exception, the return process must be initiated within 7 days after the sales transaction is completed.  Then the following steps should be enacted:

1. Please contact Renaissance Bicycles by phone at (888) 829-8340 to receive an RA#.
2. Carefully repackage the item, and then ship the item via the same courier by which you received it.  Unfortunately, Renaissance Bicycles cannot refund this shipping expense.
3. When we receive the item, and inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition in which  we sent it, we will then issue a refund (less the original shipping cost) via the same method in which the item was paid.
