Sure, Renaissance Bicycles sells bicycles and bicycle stuff … but that is not the only reason for our existence:

Just like you, we are passionate, curious, and intrigued by the bicycle.  We feel that the bike is the perfect tool for recreation, transportation, or interacting with your surroundings.  Plus, we believe that connecting like minded people together (in this case all types of cyclists) is a good thing — whether that be face-to-face or online (and better yet if one leads to the other).

In the spirit of online collaboration, we have created two Interactive Google Maps:

• Rivendell Owners Worldwide — A map of Rivendell resources, riders, and dealers.  Feel free to add your own location and information.
• Female Friendly Bike Shops — All bike shops (us included) THINK they are female friendly, but the litmus test comes from recommendation by other female riders.  Ladies, here’s your chance to point out your favorite local bike resources.
