1984 Colnago Master with New SRAM Force

Sorry, but this bike is no longer available.

Here is another Phoenix risen from the ashes:

1984 Colnago Master

Though this Colnago came to us as a much neglected bare frame, it is now one of the best bicycles we have ever produced.  In fact we liked it so much, it is was recently ridden in the annual Cycle NC event.  Not only did it prove to be a reliable performer, it was often a great conversation starter.

This 57cm 1984 Colnago Master, crafted with the legendary Columbus Gilco tubing, is the ideal of a renaissanced bicycle.  It combines a vintage lugged steel frame, a lightweight modern drivetrain, and a unique paint scheme.  As for the ride, it is both responsive and smooth; the SRAM Force drivetrain is accurate and reliable, and the FSA wheelset rolls endlessly.

Basically, this bike has the heart of an Italian racer with the style of an American Hot Rod.  It is a unique bike for a unique rider. In other words, this vintage Colnago isn’t for everybody, but then again, who wants to be everybody?
