Apart the frame, the wheels are the most important piece to your bicycle … and generally the second most expensive thing as well.

For the wheelsets the we carry at Renaissance Bicycles, we look for two criteria:

• High Quality for Real Riding — These wheelsets are the “real deal”.  They may not be the most carbon fiber-esque wheels on the market, but they are light, durable, and proven.
• Unique Wheelsets — The wheels on a bike, especially a renaissanced bike, can really set it off.  It you have ever seen (or heard) a new pair of Campy wheels on a classic Italian road bike, then you know what we mean.
